Had an interaction with agent Patric during a home search. The process felt quite fast-paced, with some pressure around pricing and inspection terms. At times, the representation and offer process felt somewhat unclear. It felt difficult to get a clear sense of how decisions were being made. I would have appreciated more clarity and transparency throughout.
